A. Sometimes life seems completely, and utterly, overwhelming. When everything sucks in your life, sometimes death seems better.

Obviously if certain things in your life were better, you’d WANT to live. Right? If so, then let’s do something about changing your life around.

I. Let’s break down your life into three areas:

-Health: Your general state of health.
-Wealth: Your money situation.
-Love: Your relationships with friends, family, significant others, etc.

Rate each on a scale from 1 to 5.

Now if you’re reading this, I bet most of them are pretty low. But find the lowest number.

Example:

Health: 1
Wealth: 4
Love: 2

D. Find an area where you’re really low, and bummed about it. Now get out a small crap of paper (you can keep in your pocket), and list out 5 things you could do (be precise) to improve that number.

A. I want you to start trying the simplest of those 5 things today. And keep doing them until you fill all 5.

This might sound incredibly simple, but try it out RIGHT NOW, and see if your life doesn’t start changing one day at a time.
