Should you do it as a subscription business?
If you ask the business owner, yes! Of course! Who wouldn’t want that recurring revenue. But not all businesses should be made a subscription. Maybe your customers will tolerate it, but one day a competitor will come out with a traditional model, and your customers will flock to it.
