Instead of asking, when will XYZ be done? To which everyone is uncomfortable answering. Too short and I will run out of time. Too long and the boss will be unhappy. Greet a Plateau like an old friend

It’s inevitable, you will plateau at some point. This is a cycle. Once I’m there, I start asking my brain questions: What does the data actually say is happening?
