Identify people strenghts and put them in a system that exploits those strenghts

You have to remember, not everyone can do everything. It’s not a matter of them trying more or working harder. They really just can’t do it. You have to look at your employees, or your teammates, and know what they can do, not what they can’t. As a leader, your job is to recognize people’s talent and put them in situations where they could use those talents. Think of it this way. If something is wanted a large amount by a large number of people, it exists already. So you’re left with 3 options. That’s the way to think about starting boring stuff. Some projects have wonderful long-term results but because these are long-terms, they are pushed back. For example, blogging is a great example. Meditation is like an email mailbox

As we grow up, so many things are happening in your life. Some of it you’re processing, some of it you’re absorbing and some of it you should probably think a bit more about.
